• Content & Deliverables: Scripts, video titles, thumbnail assets, and creative deliverables uploaded for review and approval.
• Social Media Integration Data: When you connect via Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or Google (YouTube) OAuth, we receive access tokens, profile/channel IDs, and account usernames necessary solely to publish your approved content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Managing creative production workflows, revisions, and deliverable approvals between clients and our editing team.
• Enabling authorized direct scheduling and publishing of approved video assets to your connected Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
• Generating AI-assisted video captions, tags, and descriptions upon client/admin request.
• Sending critical account notifications, invoices, and production status updates.

3. Social Media API & OAuth Token Security

Our application integrates with third-party APIs including Meta Graph API and Google YouTube Data API.

• All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-grade AES-256-CBC encryption.
• We request only the minimal permissions required to read channel identity and publish approved video posts.
• We never access your private direct messages, personal friends lists, or unrelated personal browsing data.
• You can disconnect any linked social media account at any time with a single click in your portal settings.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information or content assets under any circumstances. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate our service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, and official social media publishing APIs).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your content and integration tokens only as long as your workspace is active or as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated tokens at any time. See our User Data Deletion Instructions for full details.
