These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Circlum CRM, client portal, video production management system, and social publishing automation platform accessible at https://app.circlum.in.
By logging in, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Circlum provides high-performance video production, short-form and long-form video editing, deliverable tracking, review portals, and automated social publishing integrations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Circlum immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized account access.
Upon receipt of full payment for creative services rendered, all final video assets, scripts, and customized content produced for the client become the property of the client, subject to any licensed stock audio/footage terms. Circlum reserves the right to showcase approved publicly published work in agency portfolio and case study showcases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless API publishing, we are not liable for third-party platform API outages (e.g. Instagram/YouTube downtime), network errors, or algorithm changes beyond our direct control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with agreed retainer terms. Upon termination, client access to the portal may be suspended and active OAuth tokens disconnected upon request.
